Cookie Policy

Last Modified: 04.09.2026.

This Cookie Policy explains how ReachyReach uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit reachyreach.io or use the signed-in product. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the ReachyReach Customer Terms of Service. How we use personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. First-party cookies are set by ReachyReach. Third-party cookies are set by another company on our pages. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.

What we set today

We set only the cookies in this table. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Theme (light or dark) is stored in localStorage after you use the theme switcher. Table layout is also localStorage. Vercel may set platform host cookies. Stripe cookies appear only on Stripe-hosted Checkout, which is Stripe's page, not ours.

Categories

  • Essential. Sign-in, the active workspace pin, this cookie choice, and Intercom Messenger on the website and in the signed-in app. You cannot turn these off and still use the product.
  • Theme. Light or dark lives in localStorage after you use the theme switcher. It is not a cookie.
  • Analytics and advertising. Not used. Those switches stay hidden until we actually set those cookies.

How to choose

On a first visit, or after we bump the consent version, a banner asks you to Accept, Decline, or Manage. That records your choice. It does not turn off Intercom. Manage opens cookie preferences, where Essential stays locked on.

You can change the choice later with Manage Cookies in the site footer, or Manage cookies in Settings → Preferences. The choice is stored in the `rr_consent` cookie on this browser. Clearing site cookies resets it and the banner returns.

Your browser can also block cookies. If you block essential cookies you may not be able to sign in.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and you have no stored choice yet, we hide the banner the same way as Decline. GPC does not turn off Intercom.
